George McQuiston is principal broker/owner of Outwest Realty, LLC. He is a licensed outfitter in both Idaho and Utah, husband, father to 2 boys and grandfather to a beautiful young lady named Payton Jade McQuiston. He resides in Salt Lake City during the winter and spring and can usually be found in the summer and fall either under a horse or mule trying to keep 30 plus head shod or on the back of a horse leading a pack string into a high mountain lake or a favorite hunting spot. His business is real estate, but his passion is outfitting and backcountry riding and he believes that outfitting and outfitters provide a much needed link for the general public to experience what one can only see out in "God's country" and better if from the back of a horse. Mertello Baird (Tello)

Tello Baird was raised in the mountains and valleys of south east Idaho, in a small community called Mapleton, just out side of Preston. His father was a logger and as a youth, Tello spent most of his time with his dad in the forests all around Idaho and Utah. There he began a great love for the out doors. At the age of 18, Tello started working for Cross Outfitters as a guide and wrangler. He continued to guide in south east Idaho for mule deer, and Thomolepas, Old Mexico, for white tail, Havelina and bob cats for the next eight years. He worked as a guide through hunting season, and as a Concrete Ready Mix Manager the rest of the year. In 2004 Tello earned his Realtor license in both Utah and Idaho. Due to his love for construction and his exceptional people skills, Tello has excelled in Real Estate from day one. Real Estate, combined with his knowledge and love for hunting and guiding, has given Tello the opportunity to develop his niche in the market by combining the two and, forming with his partner, their dream business, "Out West Outfitter Realty."
